Summary

Rick Deckard is a retired blade runner, a term for a replicant hunter. A group of human replicants, whose 4-year life span is nearly up, hijack a space ship and make it to Earth's sprawling Los Angeles to seek out their "designer" and ask for an extension. Unwilling to give up life and its wonders, they lead Decker on a dark and dangerous chase while teaching him what it really means to be human
